We offer a range of great British ales. We have six ales on at all times and we change our line-up of ales as each barrel is finished. We also like to have ales made by brewers we know and have spent time with over the years. We have a longstanding relationship with Theakstons who have brewed marvellous ales for decades. Ed Theakston himself performs our cellar audit on a regular basis. Daniel Thwaites, Caledonian Brewery, Butcombe Brewery and Fullers are great friends of ours.
We have close relationships with wonderful winemakers across the world. We work closely with our wine merchants Boutinot and Hallgarten.
We share our passion for wine at our monthly Wine Appreciation Society meetings. The aim of the society is to give comprehensive and accessible way to expand your wine knowledge. We work our way through the varying grapes, styles, countries and regions. Each evening is a relaxed occasion tasting different wines, discussing your preferences and sharing knowledge. We also plan to arrange trips away and invite guest speakers from our favourite regions and Chateau's.
We also hold regular wine dinners throughout the year, matching wines with regional specialty dishes.
